Hi, Acadia!

I’m Danika, your VP Events & Promotions for the 2026–2027 academic year! I’m in my fourth year of the BBA program, majoring in Marketing, and I’m here to help make campus life exciting, connected, and full of opportunities to get involved.

From Orientation Week (O-Week) and Homecoming to student events, promotions, and everything happening throughout the year, my role is all about bringing people together and making sure you know what’s going on around campus. I love finding creative ways to get students involved, build school spirit, and create experiences that make your time at Acadia memorable.

You might also recognize me as the person behind the ASU's social media! I help share the events, opportunities, announcements, and fun moments that make our campus community what it is. Whether you're looking for your next campus event, want to promote a student-led initiative, or have an idea for something you'd love to see happen at Acadia, I want to hear from you.

I’ve always loved being involved and finding ways to connect people, and I’m excited to keep bringing that energy to the ASU this year. My goal is to help make sure there’s always something to look forward to, whether you're a first-year student finding your community or a returning student ready to make more memories.

When I’m not planning events or creating content, you’ll probably find me with an iced latte, listening to live music, or spending an unreasonable amount of time on Canva. Scorpio energy included.
