Hi, Acadia!

I’m Emma, your Acadia Students’ Union President for the 2026–2027 academic year! I’m a third-year Politics major, and I’m passionate about student leadership, advocacy, athletics, and making sure students have a meaningful voice in the decisions that affect their university experience.

As President, I work with the ASU Executive team to represent Acadia students, support student engagement, strengthen school spirit, and help make our campus a place where everyone feels welcome and encouraged to get involved. This year, our team is focused on creating meaningful opportunities for students to connect, share their ideas, and help shape the future of our campus community.

One of my biggest priorities is making sure students feel heard. Whether you have a question, an idea for improving student life, a concern you want to raise, or simply want to learn more about what the ASU does, I want you to feel comfortable reaching out. Student representation works best when we hear directly from the people we represent, and your perspective matters.

When I’m not working on ASU initiatives, you can probably find me watching Question Period, making playlists for every season, enjoying an iced chai latte, or heading to, leaving, or scheduling yet another meeting. I’m always happy to connect with students, so don’t hesitate to say hello!
