Hi, Acadia!

I’m Lily, your VP Academic-External for the 2026–2027 academic year! I’m a fourth-year Politics major, and I’m excited to represent Acadia students and help make sure their voices are heard beyond our campus.

As VP Academic-External, I work on issues that connect student life at Acadia with the wider university, provincial, and national landscape. This includes engaging with conversations about post-secondary education, advocating for student interests, and helping bring attention to the issues that affect students’ academic experiences and futures. Being part of the ASU gives me the opportunity to be a community leader, connect with people beyond Acadia, and work toward positive change for students.

I believe that student voices deserve to be part of the conversations and decisions that shape higher education. Whether it's sharing your perspective on an academic issue, discussing a concern affecting students, or asking how the ASU represents Acadia at a broader level, I want to hear from you. Student advocacy starts with understanding what students actually need, and your experiences and ideas matter.

You might recognize me around campus by my very recognizable set of wheels, which you can often spot in the BAC or Athletics Complex! When I'm not working, you can usually find me outside admiring trees, hiking, or racing down Main Street in search of coffee. I'm always running on caffeine and ready to talk about the things that matter to Acadia students.
