Acadia Students' Union

First Year Student of the Year.

This award is given to the student in their first year at Acadia University deemed the most outstanding among their peers.

Sophomore of the Year

 This award is given to the student in their second year at Acadia University deemed the most outstanding among their peers.

Junior of the Year

This award is given to the student in their third year at Acadia University deemed the most outstanding among their peers.

Senior of the Year

This award is given to the student in their final year at Acadia University deemed the most outstanding among their peers.

Graduate Student of the Year

This award is given to the graduate student deemed the most outstanding among their peers.

SRC Member of the Year

This award is given to a student on the SRC who has risen above the expectations of their position. 

ASU Group of the Year

This award is given to ASU FoodCupboard for doing above and beyond for its members, its mission on campus.

Volunteer of the Year

This award is given to a student that dedicates countless hours into volunteering and deserves recognition for their hard work and dedication.

ASU Commitment Award

This student represents everything that the union sets out to accomplish and is committed to their role. 

ASU Leadership Award

This award is given to the student at Acadia University who has shown the greatest leadership abilities throughout the current year.

Ruth Petrykanyn Memorial Award

Is for a student in the final year of undergraduate who has made significant contributions to the student life

Bob Stead Award

Awarded to a University Staff Member who goes over and above to contributing to positive student life here at Acadia.
