Fall By-Election 2026
It’s just around the corner! 🗳️
The ASU Fall By-Election is coming up, and several positions on the Student Representative Council are waiting to be filled. But before we can have an election, we need candidates — and that’s where you come in.
Nominations matter!
A strong election starts with students putting their names forward. More candidates mean more students getting involved, more ideas being shared, and more choices on the ballot.
Think you’d be a good fit? Nominate yourself!
Know a classmate, friend, or fellow student who would be great in one of these roles? Encourage them to run or nominate them. Sometimes all it takes is someone saying, “Hey, I think you’d be great at this.”

Every year, the Acadia Students’ Union (ASU) holds a General Election in the winter to elect student leaders who represent you, advocate for your needs, and bring new ideas to life. In the fall, we run a By-Election to fill any remaining positions and keep the momentum going.
